Antipersonas - What, How, Who, and Why?

Sara Ramaswamy: Antipersonas help anticipate how products can be misused in ways that can harm users and the business. An antipersona is a representation of a user group that could misuse a product. Product misuse may threaten regular users' safety, security, confidence, loyalty, and retention. Unlike personas, antipersonas are used to build empathy with target users.
