At Baymard we’ve just released a new UX benchmark of B2B Medical & Pharma sites. The 10 sites have been manually assessed across 500 research-based UX parameters. The benchmark adds to our existing e-commerce UX benchmark. For the benchmark, we rated 10 sites: Allegro Medical, Waters, Mckesson, Cole-Parmer, AbCam, Medline, Bound Tree Medical and Henry Schein.
