Design is only sensical when it’s ultimately serving a problem that needs to be solved, and creating a solution. The illusion that Design in itself trumps everything else is a myopic and problematic viewpoint. Designers, Product Ownership, Customer Support, Go to Market, Marketing, Development teams all get a chance to participate and co-own the process itself.
