How Do I Perform UX Heuristic Evaluation?

One of my closest friends asked me how I perform the heuristic evaluation for UI/UX design and wanted me to teach him my process. I jokingly replied with a straightforward “Chal Nikal” (i.e. Get Lost) ;)
