Internal vs. External Validity of UX Studies

A study has internal validity if it does not favor or encourage any particular participant response or behavior. Internal vs. external validity is an issue in both qualitative and quantitative studies. Avoid encouraging certain responses or behaviors and make sure that your study conditions and participants are representative.
