Lessons from working at Startups

Designers should be unafraid to ask difficult questions when interviewing for a startup job. Ask about responsibilities, how the role they’re interviewing for will evolve, scaling of the Design discipline, how familiar is the Organization itself with Design Thinking and Human Centered Design. And thirdly, asking about funding and financial wellness of the organization isn’t prying.
