Make the Travel Accommodations “Booking” Search Feature the Primary Content on the Homepage (25% Don’t)

Users shopping for travel accommodations typically have a specific destination and travel dates in mind. Search is the preferred — and the most sensible — accommodation-finding strategy. During large-scale Travel Accommodations testing, 99% of participants — 99% — shopping at OTA, large-brand hotel, and whole property rental sites — immediately looked for the “Booking” search feature on the homepage. 25% of Travel.
