Provide a Fully Automatic Address Lookup Feature (55% Don't)
Baymard’s large-scale UX testing found that address entry errors were common, slowing or even halting participants’ progress through checkout. For many sites a high-performing solution exists: providing a “Fully Automatic Address Lookup” feature. 55% of sites don’t provide such a feature to users — leading to increased friction when inputting address data.
