Half of 5,371 UX professionals were in stage 3 (emergent maturity) out of the 6-stage UX maturity model. The lowest-maturity organizations are likely not captured. Stage 3 (Emergent) was by far the most common stage in our dataset. Stage 1 (Absent) is the lowest stage and stage 6 (User-Driven) is highest.
