UX Issues in Microsoft Teams & Stream 2021 | Real-world problem

Microsoft Teams is the best conference tool that I have used till now, it's fast, reliable, I can chat with other people, invite external people as well. Everything was going well until I started to use the call recording feature recently. I wanted to share a video with another team member who was not in this meeting. But when I clicked on the share button, it asked me that if I want to share this with the whole organization?
