Volunteer mentoring program experience

Kerem Can Demirtaş started a volunteer mentoring program in Turkey. He conducted a total of 23 hours of one-on-one interviews with 8 people out of 76 applicants for 3 months. He focused on people and their communication at work, in professional life, process management and development in this direction.
