A month ago I started a Medium draft with the title “I think the UX industry is dead” The over-saturation of the UX market is one of the top complaints of aspirants wanting to join the industry. Seasoned design professionals in the space have been on defense mode, securing their positions at companies and staying put in the midst of the dreaded Tech Winter.
