Bottom Line Up Front - write to make decisions faster

Brett Crozier, the USS Theodore Roosevelt’s commanding officer, was relieved of command. He used a curious phrase: Bottom Line Up Front, or BLUF. The phrase appears in a 100-page-long Army Regulation 25–50: Information Management.
