The management strategy that saved Apollo 11

Neil Armstrong and Buzz Aldrin had to make a decision on whether to continue or abort the first moon landing. The difference between success and failure was a simple rule of management: make decisions at the lowest level possible. The decision was made by a 23-year-old NASA computer engineer, Jack Garman.
